Can anyone suggestion a lake (or river) with camping located in BC (or NE WA?) within hours of Penticton/Kelowna/Revelstoke/Nelson that has semi decent fly fishing and beach/shore access for a family With young kids? I’d have a canoe ForFishing.
Ideally it would have clean water, fir or pine trees, cold water and trout, swimming, playground or trails/paths, and not feel trashy or like a desert jet ski RV park.
I would not need full RV hookups and would Prefer more quiet, so maybe higher elevation?
Sullivan Lake? Browne Lake? Big Meadow? Idabel?
