I did a small family BBQ at the house on Sunday of Labor Day weekend.
Fired up the smoker and went to work.
Did a long smoke on a brisket (the pic with the butcher paper, forgot to take a pic of it out of the paper). Later did babybacks and chicken in the smoker. Of course had to do some of Lonnie's Blodgett Canyon Baked Beans. Everyone was full and happy.
