Just remove the quiet hours!

My favorite is a campground on the Clark Fork in MT with the railroad crossing right across the river.
The train has to use it's horns before it gets to the crossing, and there was a train going by at least a half a dozen times every night.
 
Seals and Sea Lions make lots of noise, especially during breeding season. No peace at those times for any beach campers. Just remove the signs and get real.
 
That is nothing. I fished the Columbia River right at Kalama. Used to have a campground on the south side of I-5 where the railroad tracks (3 sets) are 50
feet away. The back of the truck was rocking, but not human caused...
