Is it too early for Christmas?

Ok, @troutpocket got me inspired. I just whipped up this Christmas fly and if the wind cooperates I’ll try it out tomorrow.

Well, the Christmas fly did ok this morning. Had the lake to myself, put in around 9:30 and fished for about 3 hours. Had 8 hook ups and managed 5 to the net. Most were 16-18 with one at 20”. Merry Christmas to me!
