What did you click on to get that? The PNW Apps links go where they say. The only one that goes to the store is the shop link.
Yup, but now it works...That did you click on to get that? The PNW Apps links go where they say. The only one that goes to the store is the shop link.
Probably just an issue with cache/your browser not being fully loaded up with the updated info, which can happen with updates.Yup, but now it works...
Are you trying to gaslight me...
Yuse Guys are the best; big thanks for doing this, now I may have to buy more Merch.
cheers
You have to click the "Add" thing there or it just stays in the text box. When it's actually added, it shows up as a little bubble just above that. You can do that to add as many materials as you need for that portion of the fly.I tried to submit and got a message that I didn't enter materials:

do I need to add them to the drop down list? I don't see the usefulness of the drop down.

you are too fast - I updated my post. What is the point of the drop down list? You have to click the "Add" thing there or it just stays in the text box. When it's actually added, it shows up as a little bubble just above that.
For quick selection of materials in the database. Keeps input consistent and easily searchable, and makes it so you can add multiple material attributes. Regular textbox input is inconsistent, takes longer to input for the user, and is harder to search (when a user wants to find flies that use a certain material for example) since it isn't in a database. This type of dropdown is by far the quickest and most feature-rich way to do this.you are too fast - I updated my post. What is the point of the drop down list?
I think the lists are going to get so long they will not be helpful. You will have 100 different adds for dumbbell eyes - lead, brass, painted, silver, black, large, 3 mm, 1/8"........ Why would I want to search on a material? For quick selection of materials in the database. Keeps input consistent and easily searchable, and makes it so you can add multiple material attributes. Just refine your search. If you type brass dumbbell it'll pull only that up. You type the same amount or less as a text box, the only difference is needing to click it.I think the lists are going to get so long they will not be helpful. Saw the one you just posted. Good stuff! Don't know why but crab flies have always fascinated me. Love em.I think the lists are going to get so long they will not be helpful. I'm counting on you! Go break it so I can fix it.I can already tell it's gonna be tough to stay outta this rabbit hole. Solid work!
No time for tying anytime soon. When I do, calamari will be on the menu for sure.I'm counting on you! Go break it so I can fix it.
It can be a fly you tied previously. Nobody needs to knowNo time for tying anytime soon. When I do, calamari will be on the menu for sure.
Almost easier to start from scratch than wading through 600+ pages of What's in my vise...It can be a fly you tied previously. Nobody needs to know![]()
Nail on head, sir.Almost easier to start from scratch than wading through 600+ pages of What's in my vise...Of course, I know I can search for my posts, but just a bit of hyperbolizing to illustrate why this app is really needed.
