Well, you really can’t do much. There’s no substitute for seeing it in person. If you do send the pic around, here’s some tips. Something for scale would be nice. Can’t really tell what the rock is, though it looks sandy, not igneous or metamorphic in this picture. If you can describe the rock and the object, that helps. I’m curious: can you pick away at the rock matrix around the object easily? Maybe get it outa there? Is the object soft? Brittle? Does it crack in one direction or another?
And at what scale do you want your answer? Between “looks organic” and “ that’s a tibia from a Malachites bozemanensis” is a lotta territory. Much beyond “looks critter” requires in person review. Try a earth science teacher at your local middle school, a geology teacher at a local community college, or the division of geology and earth resources at Wa. Dept. of Nat. Resources.
