Actual Strange 'Food' Laws:

Montana
Giddy up, cowboys. It's against the law to catch fish using a lasso in Montana.

Missouri
If getting drunk with animals has been on your bucket list, you'll have to go elsewhere to cross it off. In Natchez, Missouri, it's against the law to feed elephants beer.

California
It is against the law to open canned goods with a gun.

Idaho
It's illegal to fish while riding a giraffe.

Minnesota
Meat eaters, beware. In St. Cloud, Minnesota, it's illegal to eat hamburgers on Sundays. What happened to Sunday grillin?!

West Virginia
It's imperative that you properly train your chickens in West Virginia. It is illegal for them to lay eggs before 8 a.m. or after 4 p.m

Wyoming
Under Wyoming's Food Freedom Act, it is illegal to eat a homemade piece of pie at a picnic or on the go.

I know I violate a lot of laws , but damn i just added a few more to my list.

Payback is a bitch.

I come from a family of jokers, my mom, dad, uncle, and brothers, everybody seems to be a smart ass. My mother especially.....
I was just in traffic with a cop behind me. We take off and he lights me up and I pull over.
I have current insurance, tabs and the valid license so I'm curious as to what the story is going to be. He's back there for a minute or two, he walks up and takes my papers and says to hold tight. I minuter it two later, hey you got the wrong plates on your car. I said, what do you mean the wrong plates, he says you have the plates to another car. I asked if I can get out and look and he allows it, I look at the front plate, it's the right one, look at the back plate and it's my wife's plate.
So I realize that my mother must have done this, that's what she's did about 6 years ago.
I tell the officer my story about our family and joking and he thought it was very funny that an 85 year old woman would swap plates on the cars. I told the cop my wife parks her car in the garage every night, so my mother must have had good timing or she was staking out the joint....he laughed again.
After running my information and seeing that my vehicle has valid tabs he sent me on my way.

My wife says I should have called my mother and then handed the phone to the cop. Then she goes, nevermind, she would probably have messed with the cop and you would've got a ticket.

God bless my mother and her antics at 85.

She's coming over tonight, for her birthday dinner which was July 22nd. I'm going to make cupcakes and she's getting a garlic butter frosting cupcake.
Then I will tell her the story about me getting pulled over.

Payback is fun.
