Is it normal for a team to use one goalie throughout the playoffs (be it they don’t get injured)? I haven’t watched enough hockey before Kraken so not sure if that’s a strategy.

As in I can see the benefit of an extra day off but also playoff hockey.

It's very common for teams to ride one keeper throughout playoffs.

Yes, very common, a hot goalie can win you the Cup.

Cheers

I continue to be impressed by the ability of the hockey play by play announcers to be familiar with all the players on both teams, how to pronounce names not normally familiar and most of all to seamlessly keep up with the pace of play without stumbles. And it doesn't seem to matter which game you are watching. These guys are all good even if they do say "eh" a good deal.

Going to be tough one tonight. Dallas looks like they are playing with their backs against the wall. TheSquids not so much so far.

Kraken just can't win the faceoffs tonight. Getting beat soundly in the shots on goal as well.

So goes life, was always going to be a tough ask to take two in a row in Dallas.

Reminds me a lot of Game 2 with Colorado...
