Fishing? Unless we get enough rains to open the rivers next week, our plans our cancelled. Would have taken the ferry, I hate traffic.
 
On a brighter note, this will make getting home from southerly trips much easier for north enders. That project has been a pain in the ass for 10 months.

Major milestone ahead for Revive I-5 as northbound Ship Canal Bridge construction nears completion | WSDOT

SEATTLE – After nearly 10 months of construction and long-term lane reductions, the Washington State Department of Transportation is preparing to restore northbound Interstate 5 across Seattle Ship Canal Bridge to its normal lane configuration.

I went over the bridge at 6:30 this morning and they hadn’t begun work yet. When I came back across they had two lanes closed. Traffic was back up to around Pearl, so not too bad considering it was 3:30 on a Saturday.

Great news. They offset it by closing NB 5 and SB 405 on the same weekend. Getting home from fishing today could be interesting. At least revive I-5 while be done for the year.
