NFR Help me kill my lawn

Non-fishing related
raising the kids youngest was an all-star second baseman in Little League. Had a 75' x 50' super nice lawn in the back we practiced on most evenings, throwing son grounders, pop-ups, one hops, line drives etc. Only weeds we got were dandelions, never sprayed them, always popped them out with a small spade, throw a few seeds and some topsoil into the hole. Gas push mower = one of the kids slacking on schoolwork or chores, gotta cut the lawn for pops....pls, pls slack..lol

Describes her years-long project to transform her weed-filled, water-hogging, monochromatic lawn into a pollinator's paradise, packed instead with vibrant, drought-tolerant native plants.

Coverting a big patch of grass at our OP place to wildflower meadow this year. Finger's crossed it takes as I'm also in the camp of having a wife that wants a 'neatly mowed' lawn. If it ends up not sprouting or looking bad, I'm going to have to buy an effing expensive mower deck for my tractor...

I admit, I heavily sowed micro-clover in the back lawn of our primary residence last weekend without telling her. ;)
