Hardy Reel Repair

Does anyone have a suggestion for someone who can repair an old Hardy Perfect. After only a hundred years the drag spring has failed. Now that the incredible Bill Archuleta is no longer an option to take care of this old gal I'm hoping there is an alternative to retiring it to paperweight status.
