got the trigger finger

My brother is a retired hand surgeon. I think he put his kids through college doing trigger finger repair. The surgery does work, but do only as a last resort!

The orthopedist I saw looked at my hand, took an x-ray and said, "we treat that with surgery" while showing me a few pictures that he looked up on Google. I figured what he really meant to say was "I'm going to make the balloon payment on my 7 series BMW with this"
