Galvan Reels - Good Service

Lot of issues recently in the FF world with poor or slow service.
I thought I'd share a positive experience.

I mailed off a Torque 6 on 5/5 that was having some issues.
I'd used it hard for the past six years and all the issues were user generated.
A recent header I took on the beach didn't help as the drag knob took a good shot and the adjustment got real sloppy.
They cleaned up and rebuilt the drag and replaced the drag knob and spindle. It also looks like the spindle is a newer design then what was previously on the reel.
They shipped it out on 5/13 and it was on my desk this morning.
Excellent service and turnaround time on Galvan's behalf.

Cool
Did they charge you??

I can confirm their great service. Last year *someone* put a T-6 on the roof of my car, and shortly thereafter I had the pleasure of watching it fly off the back and bounce across the road. The reel survived remarkably intact, but did need a new foot. They shipped me a free replacement, no questions asked, no shaming.
