Not wanting to be a smarty pants here, what constitutes an older Bauer reel? What year? Model?

Oh geez. Not exactly sure when Winston bought them out ??? 2014-15-16? Think CFX era. Might be off on that. So anything pre CFX might be considered Ashland Oregon reel property…... The M-MSL-MZ-MX and maybe a couple others. Besides Ashland think some were also Salinas CA. Any ways older reels are still damn good reels.

2016. I have an old Rogue 2 that is pristine and I have the exact same packaging. Love this reel and fish it on a Stickman. It's an acceptable combo.

2016. I think the CFX stuff was around before then. I associate the RVR with the change in ownership.
