SFR Fly Tying class for kids 6th thru 11th grade questions?

I have volunteered to teach a fly tying class for some 6th thru 11th grade kids. My main concern is vises as they are an expensive item! If any of you have done this please fell free to lend some thoughts and experience.
 
Get in touch the the Federation of Fly Fishers they have and will donate for student education My local elementary school received a bunch of stuff from them, that was about 15 yrs ago.

I have a spare DynaKing Squire that I'll loan you for the class, if you can pick it up and drop it off in Mill Creek. I could throw in a bunch of materials for the cause, too.

14$ isn't bad... probably less then my shipping charges. 12 kids in the class is a 168$ initial investment, if you plan on doing it every year or more.
 
Ah, too bad....I already donated my first vise and a bunch of materials to one such cause a few years ago. Great work you're doing! Hopefully you can come up with enough stuff.
