Fleece Lined Pants Back at Costco.

The same company, Gerry, sells unlined synthetic pants at Costco. I'm wearing them now, they are super comfortable, quick dry, and stretchy. Great camping and fishing pants.

At 71 I am wondering what world we are in, where outdoorsmen are discussing stretchy pants.
I feel like Old Man Jim.

Sounds like the only way to keep your old man card is to wear truly uncomfortable clothing while doing your favorite outdoor activities.

Being uncomfortable, as well as cold, wet and grumpy is the path forward here.

I'm two years older than @iggie (Hi, Iggie!), I've purchased several pairs of the "stretchy" quick dry pants Zak's talking about and several pairs of the fleece lined pants as well (they too have a little stretch to them). I don't need the stretch for my belly or butt but the stretch does provide comfort for my senior bod (body) when I sit, kneel, bend over doing yard work (and the quick dry stretchy things: GREAT for wet wading and comfortable in a car). I can't remember the last time I wore a pair of 501's.

And to be clear, they are not skin tight skinny pants. They are loose pants with lots of pockets that also have some stretch..

For me it was when the production moved out of the country. The pants were never the same. I still have a couple of pairs of the older ones.

For me it was when my girth moved out of my youthful years. Stretchy Duluth or Carhartts simply accomodate my bodily expansion in a far more comfortable manner.

And I don't look good in yoga pants.

Doritos and KFC will do that to ya...

I noticed a significant drop in quality with the last pair that I bought. They’ve been my favorite jeans for a very long time, but need to start looking for an alternative.
