I had an excellent experience with them recently.
A couple of the rubber zipper pulls had broken on my pack. Not their fault as the pack had been well used and crusted with salt.
I emailed them asking if I could buy a few of the pulls. I got an email back promptly asking for my address. Two days later they showed up in the mail, no charge.
Customer service hasn’t been great with many companies the past few years but I was very impressed with Fishpond’s customer service.
