FISH ON brand gear rod holders

I paid a whole $1 for these at a garage sale, figuring someone here could use them. FISH ON by EMPRESS; fits baitcasting or gear type rod. These drop into a SCOTTY mount, but do not seem to easily lock in place. Free for pickup in Burien or West Seattle. Will ship at cost.

Funny, I have 4 of those damn things as well. They came with the boat (14' Valco) when I bought it.
