First fish of the New Year

With all the cold wet weather a lot of rivers are blown or lakes are frozen. A guy can only tie so much before the shack nasties hit home. We got a small break in the weather, so I snuck out to strip a bunny streamers for some bullies.

First fish!




Most were rather small but got a couple decent ones to kick off the new year.

Always nice to catch little ones too. That's a sign of a healthy population with all age classes, plus that one is extra lovely with those spots.
