Farrar's Bella

Who owns John Farrar's old boat "Bella". I saw it yesterday and I am unsure as to who was running it up river.

It's an aesthetically pleasing boat, although the motor is a bit loud.

WW is almost right. That's Winter Waters who owns John's old boat, fixed up quite a bit since John had it.
