Electric motor on a Drift Boat

Does anyone have an electric motor instead of gas on their driftboat? I am looking at options to a 6hp gas motor for lakes and am wondering about ability to run for a half or full day on a lake?

Thanks in advance

Recent discussion when I was looking for the same. I ended up with a weize 100 ah battery and a long shaft minn kota endura max.

could run a 55# Minn Kota all day on a 100 amp LifePO4 lithium battery and then some. I use my gasser to run to the first stop then use my MK for any runs under a quarter mile. Today I moved a bunch, battery showing 80% charge with four fishing days since the last charge.

a little bit of a drift here , I have two 100 amp LifePO4 that I am going to install in my boat once I get settled in Montana on our annual summer trip to run my 24 volt Minn Kota . Will be ordering a new onboard charger to support the lithium . Anxious to see how much more run time I get . Running I pilot or spot lock uses a lot of battery during the day .
