E-VTOL taxi

Real estate… payload… just a modern day helicopter replacement. I do not believe it will be for the masses.
 
Air Force has started using modified versions of these to do security on the missile fields.

So, how fast does this taxi concept get shut down in major airport cities due to crowded air space ? I can already think of a certain airspace on the Potomac that wouldn't be able to handle it
