SFR Dream Jobs?

Sorta fishing-related
Looking back over my career (retail, purchasing, IT/IS, networking, security) I determined I was not giving back to others like I wished I had. Working for a large corporation did not provide the time to become more involved. Between OT, lots and lots of traveling worldwide, and family commitments I did not have my priorities straight. I wished I had worked for a smaller company that would of supported greater flexibility and my efforts. Giving does not necessarily mean donating money but rather giving of one's time in small groups or one-on-one where we can actually see the impact we have on others. It provides motivation to do more and do better. Some companies have become more focused and supportive of these types of efforts. It is not just around the holidays, help is needed on a daily basis year round. If I knew then what I know now, working for one of those companies would be my dream job.

I'd spend the first day teaching casting, types of fly fishing and theories and in general teach people in what ways they can explore the sport.
I read this and wondered about the syllabus for fly fishing nowadays. One day would be like drinking from a fire-hose!

Nah. The problem is that too many people, mostly industry professionals want to sell you more information than actually exists.
If it's not in the Curtis creek manifesto is it really valuable info? No not really.

Am I saying the Industry over complicates the issues in order to make a few extra bucks?
Hell yes I am..
