Doorbell Cameras

Two visits a day apart is very concerning. As mentioned, talk to your neighbors and to the police, and let them know you’re in a wheelchair.
DimeBrite mentioned strengthening up your door frames. I’d add to ask a friend to replace the deadbolt receiver screws (probably around 1.5”) with long screws (4”-6”) that reach into solid wood frames. (As recommended by a cop to us.)
This. I used to work at a youth hostel and we had a thing called the two buck break in.

The travelers were regularly locking themselves out of their bunk rooms, because the doors swung shut and the deadbolt clicked in.

We'd have one person turn the door handle to get that latch bolt retracted, then a second person kicks the door as close to the deadbolt as possible. The screws rip loose, you're in, and out only two bucks for screws.

Good news! Had my RING doorbell installed today with the blessings of the Landlord. Least he could do with a tenant that pays rent on time, every month. Now I can see clear out to the parking lot looking north. Just waiting to see what it looks like with night vision. I feel safer now!
