Been wanting one for a while, but the ones made in sizes that'd be useful for me are quite spendy. Finally decided I'd make use of my friend's CNC business where he custom cuts signs and other things from various materials. So I opened up Inkscape and designed myself my own board for him to cut.
Ideally I'd do this from King Starboard HDPE, but I have a LOT of plywood left over from other projects, so just going to make use of that. Once he cuts it, I'm going to use penetrating epoxy to seal it, then go over it with textured boat floor paint for grippiness.
Happy to take any thoughts/ideas from others before I commit.
Thought it'd be cute to cut my boat name into it.
