Crazy prices

$8.75 for a gallon of milk on Kona yesterday.
I think its around $3.00 back home in Puyallup.
Both at Safeway.

All the nicer name brand products are going to have a wake up call when the entire country is buying Krogers brands or whatever store brands are available.
Those quality brand products were never meant for the proletariat.

I stopped by Costco on my way home yesterday. I've developed a bad habit of ignoring grocery prices and total at the checkout and not looking at my sales receipt until I'm balancing my CU statement. I really should pay closer attention. When I was compiling my receipts from my recent trip, I noticed that I got the receipt for a dinner of a family of four at a table a short distance from mine. I have no idea yet if I paid for my dinner or theirs!

I went grocery shopping for the family yester and it seems like everything is $5 now. Even if it was $2-3 before. Every single damn item. So I just bought the off brands because I don’t give shit. I've been making the 5$ comment for a while. Now try to buy store brand/off brand, they are consistently sold out. Also noticed the combination one stop shopping stores are jacking up non perishable goods to make up for 'deals' on groceries. Milk and eggs have not gone up that much, but I saw a 40$ yoga mat and 50$ for a plate.. a single ceramic easter display plate.

According to our suppliers, both Hareline and Wapsi prices have increased 10% or so. I bet others who haven't yet will soon.

Thinking about selling my Casa before I get too old to climb in and out of the back. It is a 2014 Ram 1500 4WD with a 3.6L V-6 that just turned 40,000 miles. New Falken AT-3W tires with less than 1,000 miles, ARE canopy with the raised rear section, and an 8 speed auto with Pedal Commander after market throttle control.
I think I will include everything that makes it special, a bed that makes into a chaise lounge, lots of LED lights, sink with water pump, Jackery 1000 with solar panel and electric refrigerator and a huge amount of custom storage for food, gear and clothing. It is by far the best equipped and most comfortable canopy arrangement I have ever seen, having been improved continuously for over 7 years now.

Given the price of new trucks and canopies $30K seems like a nice round number although it may actually be worth more due to it's unique nature. I may run this up the flagpole and see if anyone salutes.....
Oh gads, Mooney is gonna have a heart attack…

Saw a Coleman six pack cooler for 49$! But is that is a different market effect that comes from Yeti?
