I hitchhiked around Europe in 1973 (with Frommer's $10 a day book ). We typically stopped at the corner Brat stands for lunch during the DE legs. A spicy brown (German style) mustard on Brats is perfect . A hard roll or pretzel and a German style pils, kölsch, or lager completes it .

The mustard! Deep fried gas station beef and bean burritos are crying out for sour cream!

If I told you that its tastier than a good corn dog that hasn't been perverted with cream cheese, Chicago- fied with veggies, or any of that other stuff, would you believe me ?
