Huskys had a rough go but pulled out a decent win in the 4th quarter. As an alumni I should be more enthused about the Dawgs, but ever since the disintegration of the PAC 12 and moving to the Big 10, I just can't feel as excited as I used to. In years past, a non-league game with the Cornhuskers was worth getting excited about. This year I feel kinda' "ho hum."

You took the words right out of my mouth. I think that says it for a whole lot of us. What a far cry from the days of Don James.

I recorded the game and watched that slop last night. An adjustment of my expectations and my attitude still made it entertaining, in a strange and warped sort of way.

Just never did recover from being shunned from National Playoffs because they lost their qb. They went to a bowl game minus 16-17 starters or something like that too. Played a walk on qb I believe. Got blown out.

Fresno has a way of ruining the Beavers aspirations; what year was it OSU came into Fresno ranked #1 and got smoked 40 something to 10?

Typical rug ripped out from under the Beavs. I've become accustomed to the situation.
