Season kicked of last night with the Buffalo's on the road against The Ramblin' Wreck...a rather dull affair until the end of the fourth quarter; then it got very interesting...

Boise State/Oregon game is a fun one to watch. Usually root for Oregon but when Ashton Jeanty was with Boise St. I watched them a lot more. Like both of those teams.

Beavers had some glimmers

But how bout the Boise St vs Oregon…
The Broncos are giving the Ducks a game.

Very entertaining.

(This from a diehard Beavers fan)

Penn State finished 45-0.

My Bucknell Bison, OTH, aren't doing so well.

Western Michigan hanging tough

Finally the Dabo vs Kiffin Bowl has started....

These guys arent in my favorite teams listing. But fair is fair.

The Michigan v Western Michigan game ending... probably going to be the most controversial game this year.

Honest, I think Western Michigan won that game but partisan officiating gave the Wolverines a 2nd, possibly illegal, chance to unblemish their record.

Here's what The Detroit News has to say

Michigan historically has had the most close shaves against outmatched opponents than any other top tier programs I can think of…

Do not go Dachshunds

My fishing buddy is a Boise St. alum. I told him before the game that if was at a casino placing a bet on this game I'd take Boise St and the points. I would have won that one. During the 3rd Qtr I texted him, " Nervous? Me too" Hard to understand how a team expected to win the new Pac 12 could be unranked. They are definitely good and gave the Ducks a good test. I expect Ducks ranking will go down . As for the apple cup.....Go Cougs!
