Accuracy isn't great in preseason rankings

I'll stay the course and root for my traditional 4 teams; Penn State, Bucknell, Texas Tech and Texas. Not all of them are physical, financial or political powerhouses, but they give good accounts of themselves every year.

SEC and Big 10 stated they will not accept any player signed by an NFL team back into their conference.
Coach Lanning at U of O made the best point about this - with mandatory team player caps any school that accepts an NFL returnee has to dismiss from their squad a player who not only worked his ass off all summer to earn his spot on the team, he loses his scholarship along with whatever NIL he was being paid.

Some of those guys make more in College than the NFL..

I would tell you to watch some real college ball like D2 Central Washington but even the sting of multiple 100 dollar bills has invaded this premise. My Alma mater was raided and I heard 17 players left including their 2 time all conference qb too. CWU is a JC.

When you think about it. No more Wenatchee or Yakima valley JC football. Or Bremerton or Walla walla or Columbia or wherever. Smaller colleges are now JC’s. 😜
