College Football 2024

Did any of you, ya know, happen, ya know, to watch, ya know, Ryan, ya know, Day's press, ya know, conference? With all the, ya know, money OSU's football, ya know, program has, you'd think, ya know, they could afford a..........ya know, two-bit speech coach, ya know, for Day..... Pathetic. Guy's making millions and he's, ya know, representing THE, ya know, OSU.

Looking forward to the BSU and UNLV game.
Remember when UNLV’s qb bailed on them three games into the season over his NIL deal? It didn’t hurt them and if they win tonight, they should get in the CFP.
#7, UNLV LB Woodard is a fun guy to watch play.

It should be a great game. I have been watching Boise State all season as well as the past few years.

UNLV is very good.

Go Boise State!!!

I looked forward to this game all day and then it comes on-Brock Huard! I screamed "Oh fuck" so loud my neighbors probably heard me. They live 1/4 mile away...

I just adjust my hearing aids to filter out his wavelength.

Wait; I do not have hearing aids, yet...

Should we listen to Troy Aikman instead?

Lol

Really not sure what the beef is, yuse guys seem to spend more time complaining, refs/umps, announcers, commercials - I must be the odd guy out, I just enjoy the games. If the announcer/analyst gets on my nerves (can you hear me Rex, the Wonder Dog, Hudler), I just tune them out:)

... (and I grew up listening to one of the all-time great play-by-play announcers, the scintillating Danny Gallivan, and his colour guy, a guy I caddied for quite regularly, Dick Irvin Jr).

Re. Aikman, I actually like him - great knowledge of the game, knows how to be critical - verbal diarrhea, sure, they all do, but that's what they are told and paid to do (can't have dead air).

Cheers, and go Ducks (not that I have any love for them, just hate PSU)

I actually like Brock Huard way more as an announcer than I ever did as a player. He has a hell of a lot of knowledge of the game.

Troy has been having some missteps. He said twice within a minute that Sean Payton is the only NFL coach having success with a rookie QB…. C’mon man 🤔

Now I like Raible. He pulls no punches. He’s not a diehard homer. He’ll call out dumbshit stuff Hawk players do. I really enjoy listening to him and his excitement for the game. Plus he’s got some good stories from the old Hawk teams.

I agree. Brock is good on the radio too for honest football analysis. I believe he lives in Colorado now, Bronco Country Let's Ride.

Hugh Breedlove Millen is another gem for football analysis. His stammering, cerebral unfolding of football strategy is unparalleled.
