College Football 2023

The two best qbs in the pac12 are products of the Big10 and the SEC.
They made use of the transfer portal and were shown to be diamonds in the rough at their previous schools for whatever reason. Maturity, Coach, teammates, injury, etc. With both following the same path to success it's hardly a "unique" situation.

Yeah probably right. Not unique but more like the stars aligned perfectly to have this outcome for both schools.

I was not aware of how much transferring is going on…..

At the start of the 2022 season, transfer QBshad won 61 of the 131 starting jobs at the FBS level. (The Athletic)

As of a day ago 16 major school QB’s have entered the transfer portal. Don’t know who did today.

Wonder who UW will grab?

Rumors of Cam Ward looking at UO and UW if he doesn't go pro. My sample size is small but he looked tough against the Beavs.

I was at the Apple Cup and was really impressed by him. I thought he outplayed Penix in that game as he had some nice throws into tight spaces including one that was a perfectly placed ball at the end of the 1st half for a TD.

I wouldn’t be shocked if he sneaks into the draft.

The defensive coach for the Beavs has taken the head coach job. So at least the players will have a coach that plans on staying at OSU when they play their bowl game.

I think that was a good move on the part of OSU.

So does he bench #1 for tanking critical plays that favored UO? It was really obvious he wasn’t playing to his full potential…for whatever reason.

I don't really care, I didn't attend either university. I do want to see the ducks win.
