College Football 2023

Whoo-hoo! That unlikeable pudgy little Brian Kelly of LSU is getting his sorry ass whipped on prime time TV. How sweet it is!

Ok wait. So Jake Plummer who started at Purdue and then at Cal last year but now at Louisville…. Then Clemson starting qb last year now starting for Oregon State. Oh wait. JT Daniels who started for USC and then at West Virginia now at Rice University . 🤯

Pac-3...

Pac rising again !!!!

Probably...there has been some talk of a reverse merger, with the Mountain joining the Pac, but that seems unlikely... wherever the best money/ media deal can be made is what will be driving things.

Problem is you can't put coogs and money in the same paragraph.

To beat the dawgs this year one will have to have a run offense that uses clock and keeps Penix off the field. He throws the deep ball amazingly well. Or put a little more pressure on him, The broncos 3 man rush didn't fare too well and he had a lot of time to throw the ball. Was Tulsa watching?

I just don't see this as sustainable...too many opportunities to get injured...
Agreed...even if he never gets injured, eventually the toll of all those reps will likely impact how he performs. I would expect his reps will get pared based on who they are playing going forward but who knows.

You’re right on Coach. Even small things like owies just never heal during the season. It all adds up

I'd expect his agents well soon speak to Deion regarding decreasing his workload while increasing his NIL take home.
If an agreement can't be reached, I'd expect a contract hold out by the 4th week of PAC 12 conference play, followed shortly by a trade demand.

Edit...Sorry, my bad. I thought I was posting in the NFL thread. ;)
