Utah is a good team, better than teams ranked above them.
That defense, when on their game, is very tough.
I think their program is getting to be a top level type deal out west.

I saw a pdf of the official rules from Dr Pepper tuition dot com and the tiebreaker was clearly defined as who had the highest score in the qualifiers.

I can say as a millennial that we weren't getting these weak sauce participation trophies Gen z is getting. And if the Dr Pepper chest pass runner-up had any integrity they'd decline the award.
