Look at Notre Dame, they were ranked high and lost 2 in a row.

It makes me ashamed to be an Oregon fan. Some folks on Reddit were acting like it was no big deal, just run of the mill heckling. What if they yelled “fuck the Jews”? I’m not a Mormon and I don’t really agree with the religion but I have no tolerance for this bigoted shit. Shameful, classless behavior
 
This chant outcry is getting blown out of proportion. Students at every school get a little out of hand and now that we have social media it gets seen more readily than ever. At pullman I saw shirts saying phuque the ducks. I remember Coog fans throwing beer bottles at dawgs during an apple cup. I saw a photo of a husky fan at Utah or BYU holding a sign saying you have seven wives, we have seven wins. I don't condone it but I don't make a big deal of it either cuz it happens everywhere and all the time. Stick to football which is what the thread is all about, not fan behavior. I can live with all the uniform comments from you fashion experts though. GO DUCKS!
 
Speaking of football, after watching the udub game vs Sparty , I googled up Mike Penix cuz this guy is good and should give the huskies a boost this year. Again I'm glad their game against the Ducks is in Eugene this year. They deserve the ranking.
 
As of right now, I wish the Huskies were still unranked.

The early season rakings are pretty difficult to make...every year somebody gets a high ranking that doesnt deserve one, and some unranked nobody at seasons start winds up 10-2 and ranked in the teens.
Win a game over a ranked team, get ranked, then lose to unranked team, drop off. Turns out that ranked team you beat in September wound up going 7-5, playing in the Dogecoin Bowl against Woke State School for the Blind...and lost.

After I saw the AP poll I went to the coachers poll. The Huskies are ranker lower down and MSU is still higher than the Huskies. I think that is they had killer instinct they could of held MSU to just 20 points or less. But some coaches don't want to run up the score.. I guess that they feel sorry for the drubbing they were getting.

The league schedule was VERY kind to the huskies. Somehow they avoided both Utah and U$C and instead play Colorado and UCLA. Cougs host Utah and play at U$C. Ridiculous.

There are 12 teams in the PAC 12. If they just played each other there would be no preseason to get ready for the real season. They seem to work the kinks out in the 3 preseason games. All the leagues do this. They pick three patsy's to boot them selves up so they look good when the real season starts. Maybe they shouldn't start ranking teams until the start the regular season
