coffee cup cake

Here's a new recipe my bride was given.
Use a coffee cup, a large coffee mug is best.
Start with one egg and into it stir the following
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp veg oil
2 Tbsp flour (keep stirring)
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder

stir it all up and place in microwave one minute. Then enjoy your cup of chocolate cake. Add any topping you want. I use chocolate syrup.

After thinking about this recipe awhile (not always a good idea) it seems like the perfect dessert for the single guy or gal. Too late for me but not complaining cuz it tastes great and I'm still in love after all these years.
