Cocktail smoker…

I never heard of this until my daughter sent one to me as a gift. She had no idea how wrong that is for me. First, I don’t do cocktails and if I did why would I want to infuse it with smoke? But there are those that enjoy peated scotch like @Scott Salzer. Even he passed on the idea. So, is there anyone who would like it? Free, just the shipping. Let me know…

I recommend keeping it if only for the torch. Torches are a great way to sear tuna, roast peppers, brûlée grapefruit, not to mention make many desserts.

I could only imagine, to burn of whisky and the choke of smoke, a match made in heaven to prove your manliness if you can keep a straight face.
Seems this might be cool when drinking at age 16 or something

I’ve had a few smoke infused cocktails when I’m out and feeling fancy. Think of it more like bitters. You’re not drinking it straight, but it adds an accent to the flavors.
