Saw a ton surfacing at a well known creek mouth that gets a lot of pressure, but unfortunately went as the tide was getting too high to fish. I went to a smaller creek today on Hood Canal but saw nada, just some spawned out carcasses at the stream mouth. Your best bet is probably to look for them in the freshwater
 
The Skagit has been very consistent the last couple weeks.
