Charter recommendations for Cabo?

Heading to Cabo next week with friends and family. Thinking about booking a fishing charter for my son and I. Any recommendations? We are travelling light, so I will need all gear provided too. I thought about roosters from shore, but that doesn't seem like a family thing. Thoughts?

Grant Hartman is the rooster man down there. I fished the beach in front of hotels and always caught something. It was January so no rooster at the time but heard from a guy that it's possible to catch rooster there in the summer.
Grant's operation takes you to fish on the Pacific side.
