Thanks Dan, will miss fishing with you too, we seemed, or I seemed to always miss getting out with you. Not sure where we will end up yet, ocean or mountains, either way, I duo see feesh in my future, and will post about them.

Had the final walkthrough today and close on our new home tomorrow. We don't take possession for another 2 weeks, gave the current owners 2 weeks grace (in exchange for leaving a really nice refrigerator and washer/dryer), so, 2 more weeks in the buggy, but going over to Cape Hatteras for one of those weeks, so should go by fast.
