Ceramic guide insert replacement?

Noticed ceramic guide insert dangling on my fly line. Of course I lost it trying to retrieve it! Looks like set of inserts can be purchased on Amazon. That said, what type of glue should one use? What issues should I look forward to in taking on this project?

Interesting. I've never heard of just replacing the insert instead of the entire guide. I wonder if they are intended to snap in or press fit, maybe with a bit of epoxy glue for insurance.
