I was after the little ones, not the big ones....got several little ones just in time for the cheese factory to open so I could get my cheese curds.
Did you put them on french fries with gravy; that would be worthy of a "What are you eating" post

My grandson Chase is cowboying on the Diamond Tail Ranch which occupies much of the Laramie River Valley in Colorado near the Wyoming border. He usually gets one day off a week and lately he's been spending it exploring and fly fishing some lakes just across the border in Wyoming. He sent me these last night and said he would take me when I come to visit.
