yea, he took up power lifting a few years ago and really beefed up his frame. His kettle ball workout alone is exhausting just to watch.Dude's burly!
Ah, lobster season in The Keys. In the old days some of the "conchs" used to construct "lobster condos"out of a sheet of corrugated roofing material wired to concrete construction blocks in the middle of one of the many deeper grass basins in the backcountry. Now it is illegal and frowned upon but a few remain even after all the years. I stumbled upon 4 or 5 of them in various places while poling those basins looking for tarpon and the lobsters had certainly also found them. I would mark them on the GPS and come lobster season rather than joining the hordes at the various ledges and rock piles everyone knew about my young son and I would daily pay a visit to one of these old lobster hotels. In 30-45 minutes we would cull 10 of the largest bugs out of the many under one of those sheets and have our limit for the day. Not as good as the cold water Maine lobsters but a whole lot less expensive.just received this pic of my youngest son, whose wreck diving in the Key's this week with the bonus of a two day opener on bugs
