"Cart" for Outcast Scout

Got a new place to fish next spring. Some nice rainbows and browns and its open before most places will ice out. Good place for my Outcast Scout. However, its about 1/2 mile walk (two track road) that's closed to vehicle traffic. Anybody found a simple cart that works well with the Scout?

TIA

My solution might not meet your "simple" criteria but might give you some ideas. I made an L-shaped trolling motor mount for my Scout when I got it. I strap it to the boat with 1" cam straps. I added the plywood transom plate and the folding dinghy wheels later. The smallish plastic wheels work fine going a couple of hundred feet across gravelled parking lots (in addition to hardwood floors) - I seldom wheel the boat with motor cantilevered off the back. I load all my gear on the boat and use the foot bar to push the boat to the launch in one trip. Total weight of PVC mount, plywood and 2 wheels is 10 lbs. PVC motor mount could probably be lighter - the loads aren't very high from a 30lb thrust motor.
And yes, I was living by myself when the pictures were taken!

I found this picture in my files that I think I got from the other site. All you'd need is a few cam straps. The larger rubber tires would probably be better than my plastic tires for a longer distance. Easy to rotate the tires up once you get to your destination.

That’s mine. Modified it so that the wheels are under the twart (seats). Much better balance making for an easier pull. Would be more stable if the wheels were wider apart but this way I can transport it in the cab of my crew cab or back of the truck without taking too much space.3BCDFDFF-4C77-4154-92F3-DD74B51D4524.jpeg

Thanks guys. Really looking for an off the shelf way. I have used games carts in the past for hauling duck decoys. Only concern with that approach is how wide the scout is .

Here's what I built for mine:

The green bungees wrap around the tubes and clip onto the two SS padeyes at the back of the cart. The fixed front leash clips to the webbing handle at the bow. Frame width matches the seat to tube seam and rides nicely in there without sliding. I placed the wheels right under the frame sides to get as low as possible to get under a well known gate. PM me for more info.
