This year I've had a decent number think they were steelhead, somersaulting across the flat....usually happens with smaller fish in the 7-9lb range.

I'm in. My 165S Lowe has a fisherman's seat in the front. And I have a cheap push pole.
Banks Lake or one of Jim's secret spots on Sept 5th or 6th? Or the 19th or 20th?

I'm shooting for next season, but I appreciate the support & encouragement. There is a fav capr playground a bit closer to you gents & a couple more locally. I really haven't assembled & used a fly rod in over 2 years. Fly rods will be incorporated into my daily exercise routine.

I do love the spot, and stalk. The ones we chased in NV were super tough….they would bolt with any mistake. Similar to archery hunting black tails
