Campground Closures

You beat me to it.

For not a lot of state budget overall in the grand scope of things, the impact will be definitely felt.

At least we now know where, what and how the impact will be felt.

I grew up in wa finding my trails by word of mouth and uses maps. There were great spots along the ronde and little known alpine lakes in western Washington. I moved out of state and when I visited back I found a fee I had to pay for a parking pass and a lot of these not so well known spots publicized and developed for ease of use. This pissed me off that all that money was spent to create campground like facilities everywhere and ruined the places that took a little work to find and wasn’t geared for the masses.
I can see why some of these areas are being shut down. I feel lots of it should never have been built.
