Mr. Gene Oswald from Bruce and Walker North America will be hosting a Bruce and Walker Day, Saturday, July 6th at the Main Fork Toutle river access. Near Castle Rock Washington, Old Pacific Hwy N. at exit 52.
There will be a full range of Bruce and Walker rods to try, and for those who don't know him, Gene is a consummate gentleman and preeminent spey caster, Gene has been a presence at SOR for years, thus will be a great opportunity to meet with him and try some of the rods . He will offer his knowledge and advice, and offer casting pointers.
Joel Hill has also kindly agreed to set up a fly tying table. Joel is an outstanding flytier and his flies fish beautifully.
