Found this on one of my many bourbon groups on FB,. Will be trying soon. This week for sure!

We did a brown butter washed blade and bow to make a cocktail with. It’s amazing. Simple to do the wash. Brown the butter, put it in a mason jar, pour the bourbon over it, seal it, shake it, put in the freezer. Butter will harden on top. Remove butter, now you have bourbon flavored butter and butter washed bourbon. Here is the cocktail:
Manhattan variation
Fat washed bourbon - 1/2 lb butter with 750 ml bottle
Casamigos tequila anejo
PX sherry
Cocchi do Torino vermouth
Organic maple syrup
Cardamom bitters
Orange bitters
Cocoa bitters
Lemon peel
5 dashes blended bitters
1/4 oz cocchi w/maple syrup dash
3/4 oz sherry
3/4 oz tequila
1.5 oz bourbon
Mix and stir over ice

All that in one drink?!

Yeah.. believe it or not I have most of that stuff.. I would need sherry.. crazy, but that's my middle name.

I also posted for the process of infusing the butter and bourbon. I may try with bacon fat. Not with a whole 750ml of bourbon though.
