Finally got around to watching this excellent movie. Below is a background check on this film which, IMO, fits the bill. It was interesting to see the hardships of working-class youth during the depression and what they had to endure on a daily basis. And yes, they had to face all these challenges and still had to pay their own way to the Olympic games ran by "Hitler" and Nazi Germany. Interesting note, even Hitler and his ilk did not hide the photo finish truth which I am quite certain would not be the case, today!
