Bonefish in Waikoloa moat?

Stringing up the rod tonight. Could have sworn I saw several groups of bonefish in the canal/moat where the tourist boat runs on tracks. Any else ever seen them there? Also schools of papio if I wasn’t mistaken. Hopefully I can find some in the bay!

I can't say for sure as I never went into there, but if it's anything like the other areas with old fishponds and whatnot, those are very likely milkfish. But there's definitely bonefish in a few of those places like that along that coast.

Confirmed that they are milkfish. The concierge asked me if I was going to catch the baby sharks in the channel. Should have taken her up on the offer. Could have made a spectacle until security arrived,
